Kads Supermarket Ltd has applied for planning permission for the development of 8 residential units in Cootehill.
The planning application submitted to Cavan County Council this week's seeks permission for 8 separate own-door residential units contained in 2 induvial 2 storey blocks.
If given the green light Block 'A' will comprise of 2 x 1 bedroom units and 2 x 2 bedroom units. While Block 'B' will comprise of 4 x. 2 bedroom units.

The proposal for the buildings located on Market Street in the town also incorporates site entrance, alterations to existing car parking, new bin store, bicycle store, connection to public services and all ancillary site works. County planners will decide on the application by end of March.
