Planning permission is being sought for the construction of 51 homes in Carrickmacross.
The 51 units would be developed at a site on the Drumconrath Road, in the townland of Magheross.
The properties will range from one to five bed dwellings, and will consist of 43 two-storey units and 8 bungalows.

Permission is also south for a new vehicle entrance and all associated site development works.
A decision on the application is due at the end of September.
