Planning permission for the development of 29 houses in Doohamlet has been lodged.
The plans submitted by Doohamlet Construction Company Ltd seek the go-ahead for a mixed development of 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes.
The proposed development would range from detached and semi-detached bungalows and semi-detached two storey homes.

Boundary treatments, hard & soft landscaping, public lighting, new estate road, connection to existing mains services together with all ancillary and associated site works make up the application.
Monaghan County Council will decide on this application by the start of February 2026.
