Outline planning permission is being sought for a new housing development in Monaghan.Macartan View Limited are seeking to construct 31 new dwellings at Latlorcan and Aghnasedagh, Monaghan.
Outline permission is where a person applies to see if the local authority agrees in principle with a development. A separate application will need to be submitted to have the houses constructed.
Plans call for the construction of 31 new homes with a mix of 2 and 3 bed units. A decision on the outlines is due in May.
