Plans for a new housing development in Co.Cavan have been lodged.
Carrigabruise Developments have applied for planning permission to demolish eisting substructures for 2 detached and 4 semi-detached dwellings that are currently constructed to ground floor level.
They plan to construct 13 units in their place at Dun Mullach, Mullagh.
It would be made up of 8 two-storey semi-detached three-bed houses, one two-storey semi-detached house, two dormer style semi-detached 3 bedroom dwellings, and two single storey semi-detached one bedroom apartments.
This will form part of the existing housing development on-site.
A decision on the development is due in July
