Pope Francis will be remembered as a force for good in the Catholic Church.
That's the view of Cavan woman Brenda Drumm, who was the was head of media and communications for the Pope's visit to Ireland in 2018. Brenda also met the Pope in Rome before he announced his visit to Ireland, and she says he cared deeply about the nature of a person. Pope Francis also met with survivors of clerical child sex abuse whilst here.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show this morning, Brenda Drumm says he will be remembered for shaking up the Vatican in a good way.
