Deputy Principal of Inver College Fiona Mullholland says staff and students were "honoured" to have the Premier League Trophy visit the local school yesterday.
Members of the local community, political representatives and neighbouring schools visited Inver Collage yesterday to catch a glimpse of the replica cup.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Deputy Principal of Inver College, Fiona Mullholland who was a key player in getting the trophy to the school said it was important to bring something that would be symbolic to students and this iconic piece of silverware is a "symbol of hard work and determination." Ms Mullholland said she also collaborated closely with Peak Top Agency in the preliminary planning of the event and was "delighted" to work with Mr Keith Hill of Peak Top Agency.
She says the motto of Inver College is that "our students are at the heart of everything we do" and trophy will remind them that any goal they have can always be achieved through hard work and dedication:
