President Michael D. Higgins will officially open this year's Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Wexford this morning.
The world's biggest celebration of Irish trad music, culture and entertainment runs until the 10th of August.
Musicians and performers will return to the south-east for a second year, with official events and competitions taking place in venues and pubs across the town.
