Property prices in Cavan have risen by just under €4,500 in the first quarter of this year, while prices have remained flat in Co Monaghan. That's according to a new report from My Home.ie.
The median asking price for a property in Co Cavan is now €229,475. According to Joanne Geary who is Managing Director of MyHome, there was a 17.7% of an increase in Cavan which was the single largest county increase nationally in this report.
Speaking on today's Joe Finnegan Show, Joanne revealed that what's driving this increase in Co Cavan is ultimately down to "very strong demand" and "very limited supply."
