When Gardai are provided with the resources, then results are possible.
That's according to Garda James Morrisroe, the GRA representative of the Cavan/Monanaghan district who spoke about the health and wellbeing of members during this week's conference in Killarney.
He says that while local Gardai are working in a border region that brings its own set of complexities with it, the conviction of three men last month for the abduction and torture of Kevin Lunney proved that when resources are provided, results will be achieved.
