A Cavan native who missed a work flight to Germany because a Bus Éireann service failed to turn up has described the situation as a "nightmare".
Edele was back home in Cavan for the first time in 16 months and was due to fly to Munich in the early hours of Monday morning.
The Expressway Route 30 was due to leave Cavan Town on route to Dublin Airport at 2.40 am, but Bus Éireann says it was "cancelled" at 1 am "due to an operational issue".
Bus Éireann says a cancellation notice was placed on its website and that customers who pre-booked were notified of the cancellation by email.
While Edele has used this service before and says it has been on time, she labelled the cancellation "ridiculous".
