The RSA Check it Fits service is returning to Cavan.
This is a face to face child car seat checking service that allows people to ensure their child's car seat is fitted correctly.
In its research the RSA found that 54% of child car seats are incorrectly fitted nationwide.

30% of these needed a major adjustment to fix them.
The RSA is warning that an incorrectly fitted car seat could lead to serious or fatal injury in the event of a collision.
The service will be available in Cavan on February 24th in ALDI Cavan Town, Dublin Rd, Tullymongan Upper.

The service takes between 10-15 minutes and runs from 10.00am - 5.30pm.
It is free of charge and is a walk-in service, no appointment needed.
