The mother of a Monaghan teen with special needs is calling for Ryanair to 'apologise' after a negative experience with the airline.
13-year-old Dáire Gorman was born with Cromellin Syndrome, and has lived without arms or femur bones in his legs.
He had been travelling from Dublin to Liverpool to watch his favourite football team lift the Premier League trophy.
Ryanair refused to allow the schoolboy to bring his power wheelchair on the flight.
Dáire's mother Shelley Gorman lodged a series of complaints against the airline, which have since been dismissed by Ryanair as 'emotive and inaccurate.'
