Members of the Cavan Roads Policing Unit while on patrol recently observed a vehicle being driven while leaning to one side.
According to local Gardaí, it turned out on closer inspection that there was a broken rear spring.
The driver also had a learner permit and was driving without insurance and no MOT since 2019. As a result, the van was detained and the driver now faces a court appearance.
