Several vehicles detained Monaghan as part of multi-agency initiative

Several vehicles were detained on the N2 and N54 in Monaghan yesterday as part of a multi-agency initiative.

Monaghan Roads Policing Unit were accompanied by the Road Safety Authority, the County Council, and the Food Safety Authority.

A number of road traffic offences were detected, with three cars being detained as the drivers were learner permit holders and driving while unaccompanied.
