The IDA says the skillset of Cavan workers is what attracted 100 new tech manufacturing jobs.
Ultra Clean Holdings this morning announced it is to create the jobs within a new Advanced Technology Cleaning Centre.
The investment comes on the back of a surging demand in the semi-conductor industry.

James Boyle, the IDA Regional Manager for the North East says this could lead other businesses also choosing to locate in Cavan.
He told Northern Sound News there was a reason UCT chose to come to the region:
