A Smithborough woman is launching her new charity cookbook today.
Clare McElroy is back with her second cookbook in two years, and is dedicating this edition to her niece who died aged just one day old.
Proceeds from the book are going towards Féilecáin and the Little Lifetime Foundation, that both helped the family after May Clare's passing.

Clare will be signing books at the Sean McDermotts Complex in Threemilehouse from 10.30 to 12.30 today.
What started as a lockdown project has now led to books being sent as far as New York and Australia, and Clare's mother Margaret said they had to do something after the response they received.
