SOSAD Ireland, which has branches in Cavan and Monaghan, have announced they will begin to charge a fee for counselling services.
The charity made a decision earlier this year to cease its messaging services due to financial issues.
In a statement, SOSAD say they are introducing a €15 fee per counselling session.

They say the fee will help them maintain the quality of the services and ensure that they can continue to support those in need of support and counselling.
This fee doesn't affect current clients of the service.
The new fee comes into effect from May 19th.
