Micheál Martin says he's studying a statement by the Northern Secretary Hilary Ben, providing further detail on how he plans to reverse the current prohibition on new civil proceedings, and propose measures to allow inquests previously halted, to proceed.
He says we owe it to victims, survivors and their loved ones to get this right.
