A Turkish company has completed the final part of taking over Mannok which was formerly known as the Sean Quinn group.
Turkish company Cimsa which owns Mannok completed a total takeover this week.
Cimsa, is a subsidiary of the publicly-listed global conglomerate Sabanci Holdings.
The Turkish company announced back in August 2024 that it had acquired 94.7 per cent of Mannok with the Mannok leadership team retaining a 5.3 per cent interest.
Under the agreement, which was subject to customary approvals, the Mannok brand was retained and the business continued to be led by local management.
It's now been confirmed that Cimsa has bought the remaining 5.3 percent through its Irish subsidiary in a sale that occurred earlier this week.
Cimsa purchased the remainder for a figure worth €20.5m.
The company employs around 800 people across its two divisions.
