A quad bike and power tools have been stolen in the Scotstown / Tydavnet area of Monaghan overnight.
The thefts were reported to residents via the community text alert scheme today. The valuables were taken in two separate burglaries.
Anyone with any information which may be useful are asked to contact gardaí at Monaghan or Carrickmacross.
