Two out of three men arrested under the Terrorism Act have been charged to court for the offence of collecting information likely to be of use to terrorists.
The three were arrested in the Aughnacloy, Enniskillen and Belfast areas on Tuesday. The men, aged 43 and 49, who will appear before Strabane magistrates Court later today have been charged with collecting information likely to be of use to terrorists.
A third man, aged 44, has been released following questioning.
