Two drug drivers have been arrested following a high visibility road safety operation in Cavan.
Cavan Roads Policing Unit, alongside the Road Safety Authority, carried out the operation on Monday, 20th June.
One of the drug drivers also had their vehicle detained under Section 41 of Road Traffic Act for having no current NCT

A number of HGVs were also inspected.
Cavan Roads Policing Unit say they will continue to enforce Road Traffic legislation in order to improve safety on our roads.
