The Cavan Astro Park was officially opened following it's recent upgrade.
Minister of State at the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport, Charlie McConalogue joined Cathaoirleach of Cavan County Council, Carmel Brady at the event.
The upgraded park was officially opened on Friday, as Charlie McConalogue paid a visit to the region.

The parks upgrade follows a €256,391 investment by the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport.
The funding was then supplemented by an additional €109,882 by Cavan County Council.
