Would-be burglars gain entry through Ardlougher utility room

Gardaí are appealing for information following reports of an attempted burglary in Ardlougher, Ballyconnell.

According to Gardai, entry was gained through a rear window into the utility room of the property. The culprits did not get any further as the internal door was locked, however damage was caused to the window.

Gardaí in Ballyconnell would like to hear from anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in this area during the early hours of the October bank boliday Monday.
