Blayney Blades hosted an event on Wednesday to mark International Women's Day which takes place on the 8th of March next.
Bernadette McAliskey and Cllr Cathy Bennett were the guest speakers and there was plenty of discussion around women, equality and political representation.
Lorraine Cunningham from Blayney Blades spoke to the Wider View about the event. And, she began by explaining what Blayney Blades is all about.
