Mr Gilbert's council plays a vital role in making older people aware of what they're entitled to; and it's all about working with each other for each other.
Furthermore, with a new year now underway, the age friendly ambassador is encouraging people, from right across Co Cavan, to get involved.
Moreover, not only does the group provide social opportunities for people; but more importantly Bob says the group is proactive about driving the change that you want to see.
