Cavan SPCA issues advice as temperatures soar. Tina Boyle from the Cavan SPCA is handing out some welfare advice for pet owners as temperatures continue to soar into the weekend.
Moreover, Tina says it's important not to walk your dog during the hot spells; apart from early in the morning and when it's cooler in the evening time. Tina also warned that pets are highly susceptible to heatstroke and dehydration.
