A Cavan woman has won the prestigious ‘Driver of the Year’ award at this years Bus Éireann’s National GEM Awards. Teresa Hatchett from Bailieborough was recognised as the national Road Passenger Driver of the Year for 2023. The excellent achievement is testament to her professionalism and dedication to outstanding customer service, say Bus Éireann, Ireland’s national bus company.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Teresa says following being crowned the regional winner she took home the top prize this week.
