A Co Cavan mother has described how a creative workshop, run by Helium Arts; the children's charity committed to improving the wellbeing of children and young people living with lifelong physical health conditions; has transformed the confidence and wellbeing of her 15-year-old daughter who has hydrocephalus. Helium Arts recently expanded its Creative Health programme to hospitals and in the community in Dublin. Indeed, serving families living in Cavan via online programmes. Our reporter Jodie Curran spoke with Saoirse O'Brien and her mum Shelia from Mountnugent about the project. She began by asking 15-year-old Saoirse to outline how her condition impacts her:
