Fostering Fortnight will begin this week and continue from the 6th to the 18th of March. It's a national campaign that will run across Ireland to raise awareness for fostering and to promote the need for more foster carers including in Cavan and Monaghan.
Jess Mooney from Fostering First Ireland spoke to the Wider View this week and she began by explaining why the campaign is being rolled out in the first instance.
