25 year old Gabby Zemgulyte has lived in Co Cavan for a number of years after she moved here from Lithuania when she was a young child.
She is a dialysis patient for 8 years and knows first hand what a kidney transplant would do to improve her life. Ronan Gargan has been speaking to Gabby about her condition and what next for the young Cavan resident.
