Ann Burns from Kingscourt along with the wider community have compiled a book entitled 'Pass It On'.
It's the 2nd edition of the book that looks at traditions, sayings and stories from the locality.
The local woman says she is very happy with this edition , 12 years on from the 1st edition. Ann says the book went all over the world and she hopes this one will do the same.

She got the opportunity to Pass It On to Ryan Tubridy as a gift for his mother when was in town of Kingscourt last week. Ronan Gargan has been speaking to the Kingscourt native about the book and how it how it came about.
