Cathaoirleach of Ballybay-Clones MD, Cllr Sinead Flynn is delighted to officially welcome the launch of this important event.
Moreover, she says the plan represents a new beginning for the town of Ballybay. Furthermore, it is a practical, community led roadmap for breathing new life into the heart of Ballybay.

The plan is about revitalising vacant buildings and supporting local businesses along with improving public spaces. Cllr Flynn spoke to Ronan Gargan about the future plans on the Wider View earlier.
