A local councillor has shared his frustrations over the lack of action taken by the Department of Agriculture when it comes to concerns regarding TB in Co Monaghan. According to Fine Gael's Sean Gilliland, there is a "pandemic" across the Ballybay-Clones MD when it comes to TB, however he has "absolutely no confidence" in the Department of Agriculture when it comes to its handling of the situation.
