Local transport improvements 'needed' for disabled people. A disability advocate from Ballyjamesduff has voiced his support for a newly published Government report. The report recommends a new rail line for counties Cavan and Monaghan. The all Island Strategic Railway Review report published this week.
Although welcoming the proposed strategy, David Cahill believes that more could be done to encourage rail transport. Indeed, a new rail system would bring benefits to people living with disabilities here in the Northern Sound region.
