The power of social media may have helped one Cavan man find true love!
Last Saturday night, a Cavan farmer visiting Mullingar for Sunday's match against Westmeath hit it off with a lady in The Chambers Bar.
However, he never got her name, and decided to try his luck messaging the bar to try and track her down.
The only information he had was that she was brunette, and was a Primary School teacher
The pub posted his message to Facebook and it went viral, with everyone desperate to find her.
On Monday, it was announced that, through the power of social media, she had been found and the two are now planning their first date in Mullingar!
Rachel from The Chambers Bar in Mullingar spoke to Jack Cunnane about the search, and she started off by saying that she never expected the post to get so much attention.
