Listen Back: Rossmore to host family fun run in aid of SOSAD

Monaghan woman Mary Lamb along with Colm Finnan and Paula Treanor are raising funds in memory of her nephew Ben, who was only 34 years of age when he lost his life to suicide. On the 29th of June this year, the three locals will climb 3 Peaks in one day in memory of Ben. They will include - Muckish Mountain, Mount Errigal and Slieve Donard. The group are raising the money for SOSAD. As part of their fundraising efforts, the group have organised a midsummer family 5k which will take place this evening in Rossmore Park at 7.30pm. This is one of many fundraising efforts organised by the local group, which also included a successful table quiz and bumper raffle event in Terry's Bar.
