Today is National No Smoking Day and the HSE are urging people that smoke to kick the habit.

The HSE say help and support from a trained professional to quit the habit is on offer.

There is now 12 weeks FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapies e.g. patches, gum, mouth spray to anyone who joins the service to quit smoking which will greatly increase your chances of quitting successfully.
