Columba was abducted, murdered and secretly buried by the IRA on October 31st, 1975. Moreover, he is one of 17 people known as the Disappeared.

A fresh dig got underway last week at the Monaghan bog for the remains of the teenager; who was abducted, murdered and secretly buried by the IRA almost 50 years ago.
