A 103-year-old woman from Co Cavan has received her booster covid vaccine.
Una McBarron, from Ballyconnell, was also the first person in residential services for older people in the Northern Sound region to be vaccinated against Covid back in January.
Yesterday, Una received her booster jab at the Breffni Care Centre in Ballyconnell, where she is a resident.

The Head of Vaccination in the Northern Sound area, Cara O'Neill, said she was delighted to see Una receive her booster vaccine.
Meanwhile, Aisling Duffy, the Operational Site Manager for the Cavan Covid Vaccination Centre, said the team also administered a booster vaccine to a 101-year-old man on Monday, and are delighted to be part of the next phase of the vaccination programme.
