11 people who were arrested at the Dail protest yesterday are due to appear in court charged with public order offences.
Two women and nine men were arrested after demonstrators brought a gallows to Leinster House on the opening day of the new Dail term.
Michael Healy Rae was one of a number of TDs who were harassed by protestors as he made his way out of the building.

Earlier in the day, two men appeared in court in relation to the same protest.
They were released on bail and will appear in court again on the 11th of October.
