447 Ukrainian students are now enrolled in schools across Cavan and Monaghan.
The new figures released by the Department of Education show another increase in the number of Ukrainian children enrolled in schools across the region.
Cavan remains the area with the most amount of students enrolled compared to Monaghan, with 239 in primary school and 106 in post primary.

While 102 Ukrainians are attending schools in Monaghan, with 70 in primary schools and 32 in secondary.
Nationally, 15,458 Ukrainian pupils had been enrolled in schools across Ireland
Current data indicates an enrolment rate of 89% among Ukrainian children aged 5-18.
