In Monaghan 3,912 passed the test and 3,881 failed. Locally the failed dangerously rate is around 1 in 10.
While, in Kells the average pass rate stands at 48%. 16,282 cars were tested in the Kells centre in the first 6 months of the year with 7,854 passing and 7,024 failing and a further 1,404 being failed dangerously.
