Auctioneers will pay their respects to Aidan Moffitt this morning, after he was killed in Sligo town earlier this month.
A Mass is being organised by the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers, and it's on at 10 o'clock in Haddington Road in Dublin.
A man is currently in custody after being charged with murdering Mr Moffitt and Michael Snee.
Roscommon auctioneer Sean Naughton says Mr Moffitt used to work for him.
"Aidan just liked to be happy and meeting people," Mr Naughton added.
"He was jovial and courteous at all times.
"He had a great interest in sport, especially in Roscommon football."
