The average price of a four-bedroom detached house in Co Cavan for the first quarter of 2026 stands at €360000.
According to the latest Daft.ie Sales Report, overall prices in the county are up 6.5% on a year ago.
The average list price nationally rose by 3.7% in the year to March 2026.
This marks the slowest rate of increase since late 2023.
Nationally, the average price of a three-bed semi-detached home in the first quarter of the year was €435,000. Listed prices are now, on average, 42% above their pre-Covid levels and just 9% below their Celtic Tiger peak.
