A Cavan designer who took home two medals at this year's Bloom award says he's incredibly proud of the achievement.
Cavan based Barry Kavanagh along with Tunde Perry won a gold medal for their How To Train your Dragon Garden in the Medium Garden Category.
Barry also took a bronze medal for his GIY Balcony Garden.

The balcony gardens are designed to fit in a small space such as an apartment balcony.
Speaking from Bloom this afternoon, Barry says the two medals are reward for the blood, sweat, and tears put into the projects.
