A capital projects spend of 313 million euro between 2023 and 2025 has been confirmed at this month's Monaghan Council Meeting.
110 projects are in the pipeline for the county with 313 million euro of a spend on projects across Monaghan.
The funding that will be available in the county is very welcome especially in Castleblayney, according to local councillor Aidan Campbell.

The local area represntative in Castleblayney says the money will provide an opportunity to bring a number of projects to fruition over the next few years.
Cllr Campbell says local Minister Heather Humphreys has given a lot of support to the capital spend that is has become available.
