A Castleblayney writer is one of the twelve winners of a prestigious novel competition.
The Irish Writers Centre has announced the winners of its International Debut Novel Competition selected from a large international field of aspiring novelists.
Stephanie is originally from Castleblayney but is now living in North Kerry.
She is a writer and former GP whose fiction deals with issues like addiction, poverty and resilience.

Each of the twelve winners will now prepare to pitch their manuscript directly to top publishers and literary agents during the Centre's exclusive Pitch Days.
