A Cavan artist has won the "Audience Favourite Award" at the Soul Noir Festival.
The Soul Noir Festival celebrates and platforms Gothic and underground artists, both in Ireland and internationally.
The festival says it is committed to showcasing Gothic works from "informed and insightful artists" and to "educate the public on Gothic culture".

Michelle Harton's "We Are Both In Cages" was recently showcased at the festival in Dublin Castle and Michelle says she is delighted to have scooped the Audience Favourite Award.
She thanked everyone who voted for her artwork, as well as the Soul Noir team for their "hard work in putting on the festival".
